The administration of qualified plans requires considerable experience and knowledge of the laws and regulations governing plans and changes as they are made. Our professionals have been in this business over 25 years. With this background they are able to:
- Determine eligibility from employee census provided
- Perform any required testing
- Review the plan to determine if changes need to be considered to better meet the goals and needs of the employer/sponsor
- Provide a knowledge base for the employer when participants ask questions about the plan provisions or general rules and regulations
